Bruno Soriano believes both Florentino Perez and Carlo Ancelotti have done too little to convince Toni Kroos not to retire.

Former Villarreal midfielder Bruno Soriano believes Real Madrid should do more to convince Toni Kroos to stay at the club before the German midfielder decides to เว็บพนันออนไลน์ UFABET สมัครง่าย โปรโมชั่นมากมาย call time on his playing career this summer.

‘As a former midfielder, I see him as irreplaceable. I often wonder if Florentino or Ancelotti would push for this to convince him and prevent him from leaving.’

‘He used to make the difference and in the game at the Metropolitano he will do the same. He is a great footballer,’ said Bruno.

Asked whether Manchester City’s Spanish midfielder Rodrigo Hernandez would be a suitable replacement for Kroos, Soriano replied: ‘Of course, Rodri would be the perfect player for Real Madrid.’

‘The problem is I don’t think he will leave City. He looks happy there and is a great value. He is outstanding in his position, so Madrid will have to look for a similar player, but a little bit lower in class.’

It must be noted that Real Madrid fans have generated some form of enmity towards Rodri and Manchester City fans following the Ballon d’Or fiasco last year and this was evident in the Champions League clash between the two sides.

Keeping that in mind, Rodri might not be a very approachable target for Los Blancos.
